By working with local promoters, using existing venues and low cost technology, Flicks in the Sticks is able to bring BIG screen films, classics, blockbusters and world cinema to those who live in remote areas and do not normally get the opportunity to see such films. Flicks in the Sticks is also an integral part of Borderlines Film Festival, the UK's largest rural film festival, attracting attendances of nearly 12,000 film-goers every March/April.  |
